Step into real-world ministry as a missions intern with Poreuomai. Interns live in our missions house or with a partner family actively serving in the field. Through church partnerships, outreach events, school ministry, and open-air gatherings, interns will gain practical ministry training while being immersed in cross-cultural mission life.

  • Engaging with schools and youth programs

  • Hosting or assisting with evangelistic outreach

  • Participating in open-air crusades and prayer walks

  • Devotionals and ministry mentorship

Housing & Life

Where You’ll Stay:

  • Poreuomai Missions House/Dr. Thomas’ House (shared intern lodging)

Meals, mentorship, and day-to-day community life are all part of the experience.

  • Partner family home (with local ministry workers)

Mentorship & Development

  • Weekly check-ins with field leaders

  • Final debrief and recommendation letter

  • Assigned reading (optional, for seminary linkage)

  • Journaling & reflection

Certification (optional)

Upon completion, interns receive a certificate of participation. We also provide any documentation needed for seminary or academic credit.
